Job Opening: TOOLMAKER – CNC OPERATOR (m/f)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level IV or V vocational qualification in a relevant technical field.
• Previous experience in CNC turning (lathe operations) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and/or German is an advantage.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office, Autodesk, Mastercam, Quapt, or similar CAD/CAM software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and setting up CNC machines for precision metalworking.
• Producing components on CNC machines in strict accordance with technical documentation.
• Reading blueprints and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Performing in-process inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the workstation and production equipment.
• Responsible handling of tools, machinery, and company assets.
• Executing tasks to ensure the seamless fulfillment of production targets and schedules.
